Avoid wearing jewelry during harsh or strenuous activities such as exercising, sports, cleaning, or any activity where it may be pulled, snagged, or exposed to chemicals.

Keep away from perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and cleaning products. Apply these before putting on your jewelry.

Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place ideally in a jewelry box or pouch — when not in use.

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove oils and residue.

Following these guidelines will help preserve the color and integrity of your pieces.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece before buying, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help!

Chain Replacement Policy

We stand behind our jewelry. If your chain breaks or changes color under normal wear conditions, we will gladly replace it within one year of purchase.

To request a chain replacement:

2. Include your order number, a photo of the damaged chain, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps.

Please note:

- Replacement requests must be made within one year of the purchase date.

- This policy applies to the chain only — pendants, charms, and other components are not covered unless otherwise stated.

- Shipping costs for replacement chains may apply.

- Chains damaged due to misuse, improper care, or harsh activities (as outlined in our Jewelry Care section) may not be eligible for replacement.
